Iran is a country that does not have endemic diseases, and has very few tropical climate zones, so there is very little chance of getting a serious or other infectious viral disease.
There is no mandatory vaccine to travel to Iran. All the water supplied in the country is considered potable, but if we want to be 100% safe, we can buy bottled water. There are many health centers, hospitals and clinics both public and private in all cities, all of which are under the supervision of the Ministry of Health.
Iran has some of the best hospitals in the Middle East, where many of the doctors who work in them have been trained in Europe or North America.
